In consideration of participating in Hawaiian Beaches Park Baseball, I hereby agree to release and discharge from liability the organizers of Hawaiian Beaches Park Baseball (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Organizers”). Also, I agree to the following:
I understand baseball has risks which could result in injury, paralysis, permanent disability, and death. Also, damage to property including clothing. These risks cannot be eliminated, even with the use of safety equipment.
I accept and assume all the risks in this activity and my participation is voluntary.
I waive my right for a lawsuit against the Organizers, including any claim for negligence.
I agree to not charge the Organizers any fees or costs.
I have adequate health and dental insurance.
I have no medical or physical conditions affecting my safety in this activity.
I could consult a legal counsel prior to registering.
I have read and understand this document and I agree to be bound by its terms.
